Best U-Haul experience I have had. This was easy rental and Dino walked me through it as I was not sure of U-Haul as last rental went rough. Dino made me believe in U-Haul again. From start to finish it went well. Thanks to Dino and the young lady that took my reservation. You guys rock. My new main place. By Penske and Ryder.

Again no help was offered at the location when I asked for help they said there was no one there to help, just call the number and drop the key, this was on the morning of 12-3-2025. I did not feel comfortable with the location so I did chat with someone online, they said they would note my account when I dropped off the equipment. Now I have a bill for two extra days rental because they did not check in the equipment and I am being charged for fuel when I return it with more fuel than when I rented it. Also the truck was in poor condition and has an exhaust leak that is directly under the cab and stunk and was loud the entire trip.
Gary SMy mother and I had to go find numerous locations in Greensboro just to find the size we needed. After standing in a long line, the owner checked the computer of the nearest location the uhaul was available. The site was a mobile site and no one was there to help us. The lady called and she barely knew what she was doing to complete giving us the uhaul. The uhaul app asked for sooooooo many pictures and questions.
