This entire team was terrific. The lady who assisted on pickup was professional and patient. U-Haul was a last minute change because the movers fell through. I had to now drive 15 hours. I am glad this happened. I am now home and with my furniture. All thanks to U-Haul.

Demontreoy RAgain no help was offered at the location when I asked for help they said there was no one there to help, just call the number and drop the key, this was on the morning of 12-3-2025. I did not feel comfortable with the location so I did chat with someone online, they said they would note my account when I dropped off the equipment. Now I have a bill for two extra days rental because they did not check in the equipment and I am being charged for fuel when I return it with more fuel than when I rented it. Also the truck was in poor condition and has an exhaust leak that is directly under the cab and stunk and was loud the entire trip.
