James MNeed to add some signage to where the drop box is. Being you drop off in one location and have to walk across the yard to another building for the key drop.
David MThe check-in process using the phone app is the worst. It's not really about the location, but cellular signal is poor and it took thirty minutes for the app to acquire my GPS to verify I was dropping off at the correct location. Also, the QR code on the box did not work. The app says that the QR code is placed on the left of the front door, but this say that the QR is on the keybox. I feel that people should be allowed to manually enter the value. Lastly, there is no complete stamp in the app verifying that it has already been checked in.
