Unfortunately, the truck I received was in very poor condition and created an unsafe and uncomfortable driving experience. The shocks were completely gone, making the ride feel like I was on a boat. The alignment was off and the truck constantly veered to the right, which posed a safety concern. Additionally, the cab was filthy and the windows were dirty inside and out. Given these issues, I don’t feel I received the quality or safety I expect from U-Haul. I would like to request a refund for this experience. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this matter. MARISOL PFirst, better customer service. The person who runs the place is rude and Uninviting. Second, I don’t appreciate the dishonest practice of charging me for 9 gallons of gas when I only drove 11 miles in the vehicle after putting $10 of gas in the vehicle to get it back to its original fuel level. Will never rent here again
