Thania AUnfortunately, the truck I received was in very poor condition and created an unsafe and uncomfortable driving experience. The shocks were completely gone, making the ride feel like I was on a boat. The alignment was off and the truck constantly veered to the right, which posed a safety concern. Additionally, the cab was filthy and the windows were dirty inside and out. Given these issues, I don’t feel I received the quality or safety I expect from U-Haul.
