Qui LThe guy added safety tow for $25 which I said explicitly "no" to. There was quite the language barrier.
KRISTI MFor improvement, I would recommend on helping the customer to hook up and unhook the trailer. Luckily, I have some experience with the trailer. It’s for safety and security for both parties.
