I was handed keys with no contract and told I was good to go. No one ever checked the truck. I was called the next day and asked for my information such as credit card drivers license if I needed insurance, etc. I delivered the truck back gave them the keys they said OK you’re good to go again never checked the truck didn’t give me a receipt. I finally got a receipt after calling the Area Manager 24 hours later because the truck still didn’t show that it had been checked in. Worst U-Haul running experience I’ve ever had!
