I cannot recommend this location. It Was nighttime, closed and had no lighting. It was a 24/7 pick up. Luckily, I was in contact with two Lady's working for U-Hau (Bri and Rose) that got me thru the whole process. Bri and Rose are outstanding. They deserve a raise.

Aldo QSmile Foods is a gas station/convenience store. Only one person working. He started processing my order but he had to stop to wait on other customers while trying to complete my transaction thus delaying me. The tablet he was using had a slow internet / network connection making the transaction even slower. He did not have 4-wheel dollie to provide me which I pre ordered. Both Front driver and passenger side floor was not swept out / sandy.
Bruce JThere was ALOT of confusion. I do not think it was on the pick up locations part but I am not happy that I was charged an extra amount of money for the 20 ft because the 15 ft was not there for me. This is not acceptable as I received a call from a Uhaul rep on Saturday confirming the 15 ft at that location. UHaul seems to not be as good as they used to be.
