MICHAEL MThe other location at Citi Mini Mart score it a 0. They cost me to an entire evening because they didn't have any keys in the lock boxes. The tep om the phone changed to every truck on the lot and no keys. The rep had to change to this location which was done but it took an hour to get changed which was the reason I lost the itmes I was scheduled to pick up and had to extend to the next day. All this and I wasn't comped one cent for the unbelievable amount of frustration in renting a truck for the evening. Note this comment is for Citi Min Mart not this location which was excellent.
SHAUN SCan you lower the cost per mile...I do storage units and every time I rent a truck, It cost me over $100.. I do a lot of business, but I wish frequent users could get a 10 cent discount.

Cracker BOnly problem was getting our lock combo. Not the fault of the location, but the app. Had to call U-Haul. Online check in doesn’t always work great.
MICHAEL RGetting the rental on the weekend was a nightmare, being I selected a person exchange, but apparently they switched it to the app, which made the verification process aggravating. Also y’all charged me for furniture padding that was not in the truck, which I contested but you still went ahead a charge, while digitizing my signature without me. But the nightmare is over so enjoy that extra ten bucks or so. I did get to talk with Charlie from that location, he seem to be a good guy and no doubt if they were open that day, it would have been a better experience.

Yvonne HPhotos in app won’t load properly and establishment charges cleaning fees no matter how clean it is when returned. They also will not respond to complaint about charging extra fees.

DONALD CI was unable to use the app at return. Called the help line they gave me the number to call to return it. I called several times. Although we returned the truck at 830 it was 1230 before I finally talked with someone. The lady was very helpful.

Bonnie ZDrop off was a little agitating stated the rep would check in the U-Haul for a few of 20 more dollars when noone was there .I tried to check it in my self but got stuck at sending the pictures, there should not be a fee just to check in when it's not after hours I returned my U-Haul at 3:30 pm on the same day.

geary pThis was the third location that I had to visit to drop off the trailer. Two other locations were at capacity and could not accept the return. A location 1 mile from my home would not display as an option when I rented the trailer.

Gregory KThe app and website were down the morning of our pickup, causing a 1-hour delay. In addition, the rental truck indicated low tire pressure at two of the wheels, and the wiper blade on the driver's side wouldn’t clear during inclement weather. With that said, we were relieved to find a rental vehicle that fit our requirements, as many rental companies didn’t have anything available. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive once we overcame the app/website issues and could access the key.
Terry VWas offered a rundown trailer with worn tires. But they did exchange it for a much better quality trailer when this was pointed out.

Larry CUnloading the trailers were very difficult. We were advised to just drop and go. It took two of us to drop the trailer and then we found out we were supposed to check in from the website. That was very confusing.

r vI needed assistance picking up my rental. Lights were on at the office but door was locked with a note indicating they were away from the office at the moment. After 2 hours things hadn't changed. I called and left a msg. Never received a call back. In their defence a part of the problem is simply the difficulty of navigating the u haul website. The van itself was quite clean and ran well.
