When I returned to check the vehicle in he did not seem to even inspect it. He made me return to the vehicle twice to take a picture of mileage/gas status and that was it. The truck stunk and the back had leaves and debris. More importantly than all that, either the belt or the transmission are slipping and either the gas gauge is faulty or it was drinking gas. The truck wasn't even fully at a quarter tank when I got it and in less than 15 miles I was less than an eighth of a tank. I have rented from uhaul multiple times, this was a horrible experience.
Alyssa CTraining. I had to talk to the boss over the phone. Having to provide my info for all to hear while he was on speaker phone. Then there was no one who knew how to hook up the trailer. If we didn’t know how, which we had to do it ourselves, the person would have been screwed. Because the worker on duty had no clue what he was doing.
Crystal ETammy was helpful to get me in touch with the uhaul representative, Anthony. Seemed like he was having a not great day but he got me what I needed. In and out to pick up truck in 15 minutes.

Micheal Lthis location has friendly employee however they need people that can hook the uhaul trailer up to vehicle and disconnect - this equipment is extremely heavy and the customer is not responsible to do this !! the employee had to call someone to come and take uhaul of our vehicle ... i'm grateful he was home and lived close .

Norman BStore was late to open. Truck had a check engine light on with no alternative trucks. The truck didn't have a full tank of gas. All of these things add time when I was trying to get started early to beat the heat of the day for loading.

Eric ZThis was the smoothest processing of a rental that I have ever had with Uhaul. I appreciate this even with slower internet they were the quickest and smoothest in and out processing.
Brian BIt's not the location it is the customer service that I had a problem with; just to clarify not the man at the liquor store, but to the person who took my request. I expected a place closer to home and if they didn't have it he should not have made the reservation, the trailer and date to pick it up, it ended up working out but was not a great experience.
Janet AThe person "in-charge of the UHaul" was not there when the vehicle was dropped off. The person behind the counter told me I could still leave the keys and if they had any questions or comments they would contact me. Little did I know, there was an additional charge added to my card and they DID NOT contact me.
