Went to get a dollie and he charged for extra equipment that was not provided nor requested and charged an extra day that was not specified in the original reservation. He then said that is just the way the business is done. He additionally told me that he would contact a representative from u haul to get the equipment charges dropped, upon return of the equipment the equipment charges were still on the card payment.

This place was a JOKE! I'm not sure what criteria U Haul uses to vet it's distributors but this one should be removed. I'm disabled and needed help hooking the trailer up and securing. The kid was no help, to busy looking at his phone. I ended up going to another distributor called Hwy 54 Rentals. The young lady there was fantastic! She ended up helping me secure the trailer with the safety chains, which the other place just looked at me when I asked for help. Due to my disability I walk with crutches and cannot bend over. She got on her knees and hooked the chains up and secured with the rubber grommets. She insured the hitch was screwed down on the ball etc. I could not thank her enough.
