How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocated at a smoke shop. Could not find the keys. Took about 1 hour to locate the keys and get the truck. No equipment we had rented was included.
Michael FThe clerk checked me in just fine. After he did the paper work on his phone he said I could go hook up the trailer. I had no problem doing it myself, but isn't the store employee supposed the hook up the trialer to be sure everything is don correctly. Them usually the employee checks the lights. I had reserved furniture blankets also. He said I would have to go to the other store in twon to get them, which I did. I had made the reservaton at the other store but was directed to Smokes N More because the other location didn't have any trailers.

gaye lDanny was very helpful & gave us good information as to what was to happen next. The tow truck driver who also did the transfer of our contents did an excellent job. We were finally in a new truck & on our way. A five hour trip ended up being 24 hours. It really was an inconvenience & interrupted the rest of our weekend plans. Not sure how your vehicle maintenance is done but a little more attention to engine functioning might be needed.
