I tried to check in via Mobile and it took me forever to try to upload my license because I had to keep retaking the photo because it wasn't accepted. However, when I went into the store, I was a little concerned to know that the store clerk uploaded of my license on his cell phone and that made me feel uncomfortable that my information just maybe hanging out in somebody's cellular device. Also, when I went to return the key, the clerk told me that I would get an email and my account will be closed out for the time that I returned it. As of yet I have not received an email in my account has never been billed properly.

WAYNE SSomehow they cancelled my reservation and then confused it with a rental 4 years ago. When I went to pick up the trailer the guy said that it was outside and pointed. Fortunately I have many years of experience towing boats all over the place and was familiar with connecting the trailer to my truck. I received no assistance at all when picking up or dropping off the trailer. Given that I'm a reasonably strong man - that wasn't the end of the world - but I cannot imagine the average person doing what I had to do.
