The 6x12 enclosed trailer is not 12 feet. I went out of my way to get this trailer from this location only to find that what I needed it for (about 11.5 feet), did not fit. It was a giant 3-4 hour waste of time and I still had to find an alternative way to move it... AND you guys still charged me. If I knew the 12 feet wasn't actually 12 feet, it could have saved me the trouble.

Joseph GTrucks need Maintenance several things wrong with the vehicle i drove
Michelle JI tried to check in via Mobile and it took me forever to try to upload my license because I had to keep retaking the photo because it wasn't accepted. However, when I went into the store, I was a little concerned to know that the store clerk uploaded of my license on his cell phone and that made me feel uncomfortable that my information just maybe hanging out in somebody's cellular device. Also, when I went to return the key, the clerk told me that I would get an email and my account will be closed out for the time that I returned it. As of yet I have not received an email in my account has never been billed properly.
