Instructions were extremely poor. I was under the assumption that we could go into the store to recieve the keys. The store hours on their store were 11-9 but it was not open. The app was extremely glitchy and hard to use. We lost almost an hour on our rental because of this. When we finally got into our truck, the furniture pads we requested with our original booking were not included. We were so beyond frustrated that we just did one moving trip with the truck and returned it. Overall, our experience was a nightmare and added more stress to our day. We will never ever rent from this place again.

Gregory Cpick up was scheduled for 8:30am, when I originally booked I requested a counter pick up. Counter pick up wasnt available as the store didn't open until 9am. I had to download the app for the pickup which had a plethora of hiccups and connectivity issues. I called the Uhaul help phone number and sat on hold for 20+ minutes. I assumed I could just wait till the store opened at 9am, as their hours displayed, but they never opened at 9am, or 9:15am. Eventually, I reached someone from Uhaul on the phone and they provided me with the code to the lockbox for the key. My 8:30 pickup was a 9:15+ pickup and it threw my entire day of moving behind. Very disappointing service!

SAHIL KWe were at the location for over 1/2 hour while staff tried to confirm registration. They gave us the key for the wrong vehicle. Really didn't know what they were ding.
Cheryl AIn bill you guys have added Cwd charges after i used which where jot selected or showing at time of booking that increase my bill from 50 cad to 70 CAD. now on my card shows i have bought something from that store of 4 CAD which i have not. This is scam !!!!
RUSHIKUMAR AI did the rental and return in store rather than online. The staff at the location were very nice but not trained on how to use the U-Haul rental system. This resulted in errors and extra charges on my credit card as a result. Proper training ensures things are done right, saves everyone time and avoids complaints afterwards. If you use this location just make sure you know how to do everything online yourself.
