Get your scheduling running better. A competing Uhaul dealer also was contacted expecting me to pick up with him instead. That didn’t become needed but some how he erroneously got paperwork for me to rent from him next weekend from your scheduling people. It was a waste of his time.

Adam RU-Haul changed the location to pick up the equipment but did not change it in the system for us to see. Spent almost an hour on hold and getting cut off and back on hold again before someone finally figured out that we had to go to a different location to pick up the truck! The check-in process online took at least 20 minutes and then the padlock would not open and we spent another 10-15 minutes trying to get the key out of the lockbox! Only then to find out there was less than a quarter tank of gas in the truck and we had to spend more time to go fill the truck up! Miserable process for making a reservation and checking in online!

Barbara HJosh is professional and helpful with excellent customer service. I have rented from U-Haul more times than I can count! I have 1.3 acres outside of Parma and use their utility trailers often. I have rented from numerous locations in the last 5 years in this area from Nampa to Ontario. Only one location you should never use, The Re-load in Ontario! Not only extremely unprofessional the woman that takes care of renting there actually damaged the wiring on my vehicle! So if in Ontario the Snake River Windshield behind Taco Bell in a great choice!

Joseph BI was flying in to Idaho to move my mother back to Pennsylvania. My brother, who lives local to the pick up location, reserved the truck about a month prior to pick up and reconfirmed the pick up date/time the week before. The owner confirmed and he also confirmed he would be there. When we arrived to pick up truck the place was closed so we called owner. There was some confusion of the reservation and truck. There was a truck 15ft on the lot and the owner said the cost would be $2,800 plus fees. My brother reminded him that he had quoted $1,700 and he said fees change due to demand etc. so it costs us more than $1,000 than quoted. Ugh! We had to take it since we had to load up and move that day. We processed the on-line paperwork, inspected the truck and got the key out of the box and left. The owner said he saved us $700 on the price.

Raul MI was in a bind. It was sunday and no one was open. So i tried a couple places and no answer. Josh answered his phone and was at his shop in 15 mins to get me this truck. Im blown away at the all out amazingness of this man. Thank you so much! You have no idea what this did for my life! Thank you again. I will be back if i need absolutely anything in the future!

Paul SKeep your web site information up to date. I was looking for an open top 5x9 trailer in 97914 area. None were available on line. When I went to pick up my trailer there were two at the next U-haul dealer and two more at a U-haul location enroute to the area where I was picking up the items going in the trailer. Would have been much easier with an open top and larger trailer.
