Barbara H.Josh is professional and helpful with excellent customer service. I have rented from U-Haul more times than I can count! I have 1.3 acres outside of Parma and use their utility trailers often. I have rented from numerous locations in the last 5 years in this area from Nampa to Ontario. Only one location you should never use, The Re-load in Ontario! Not only extremely unprofessional the woman that takes care of renting there actually damaged the wiring on my vehicle! So if in Ontario the Snake River Windshield behind Taco Bell in a great choice!
