I made my truck reservation over the phone, and when I arrived at the location for pick-up, the online platform wasn’t working properly — I couldn’t enter the expiration year of my driver’s license or my birth year. I tried calling customer support, but no one seemed to understand what was happening. Later, I received a call from U-Haul saying the issue had been fixed, but to my surprise, when I continued with the check-in, they had changed my pick-up location without notifying me. I had to cancel everything and make a new reservation through the app, which made me lose almost two hours of my moving time. Although the truck itself worked fine, it was disappointing to start the process this way. It was my first time renting with U-Haul, and honestly, I would rate my experience 4 out of 10.

When I ordered the U-Haul they messed up the order I couldn’t find the order in my app. They put the wrong phone number and my name I HAD TO WAIT OVER 1 hour to get it done. Ridiculous!!!
