MIMOSE JThe location and staff are excellent! However I had the worst experience with the online customer service prior to pick my U-Haul. When I ordered the U-Haul they messed up the order I couldn’t find the order in my app. They put the wrong phone number and my name I HAD TO WAIT OVER 1 hour to get it done. Ridiculous!!!
Marcelo BThe App presented difficulties when uploading pictures. I had to do it several times and in the end, it only accepted one picture. However, I took the rest of the pictures asked by the app as proof of return in good shape.
