Store was closed. We dropped the truck and put keys in the drop box. So I cannot comment on the above questions

DWIGHT HWas given 25 extra miles when taking off due to U-Haul website being down and having to travel to get it but when dropped off and emailed receipt miles were not added which caused me to be charged for miles

Michael Hlast minute pick up location by U-Haul caused us to travel an additional 15 miles to get the truck. The distance from the pick up location to the drop off location equalled the alloted miles. with no allotment to your actual destination. service staff seemed to no know the software U-Haul uses.

Connie Frepresentatives at this location are rude and mean to customers , condescending, not at all knowledgeable about u-haul and products. attempted to charge extra charges without justification - I estimated six hours on a local rental, was 20 minutes late, and got charged for a full extra day of the truck and dolly usage. I was told that corporate u-haul contacted the dealer because i was late and instructed the location to charge me. When i contacted 1800UHAUL I was told this was not true.

Mark SThe owners were very nice and very very helpful. They did their best to provide everything we needed. The only issue I had was that U-Haul online suggested the wrong trailer for my vehicle so when I got it up on the trailer, I could not get out of my car. Had to back off, open the rear hatch, and crawl out the back in order to use the trailer. U-Haul should have recommended a different trailer for my car. again, the location was great and the people were fantastic. I would highly recommend them

ELSIE MMy car is at the pick up location because it costs too much to drop off at same (pick up) location, so I got stranded for a day in the cheaper drop off city and had to stay at a motel mid-trip as a result. What you could do about that is have necessary info/pamphlets on hand to assist the truck renter.
