Very convenient location, lots of vehicles available. Would help with more clear instructions for in-person pick up. Attendant did not explain that I need to check my texts and do all the verification photos before leaving the site. He also did not explain that I need to use the app to return the truck. Key drop was convenient, as was return parking. Overall, a good experience and was impressed with the excellent vehicle condition, but definitely could have used more instructions (which is why I chose in-person pick up in the first place). Might go with mobile pick-up next time, if that provides more instructions than the attendant.

This was the WORST experience with uhual ever!!!!!!!!! The owner or employee, closed the store early for an "emergency". me and my partner were walking around the block and building trying to figure it out while we saw 2 other people drop their keys off. I was calling uhual when we walked back around and he was there, just about to leave. he said "im closed!!!" and said no, and i said but i paid for this and he was annoyed and went back and said my name and i said yes and he passed me a key that was broken. i asked about the dolly and blankets and he was shoving us out of the store and i said no but i paid for them!! and he was like ughhhh grab them then!!!! so i grabbed the dolly and my partner the blankets. he said it would be parked on the side street, but it was not. there was no uhual matching and then i had to call in, and then go to another location that didnt even have the vehicle i requested, which i still ended up paying more but even though uhual said they wouldnt. took soooooooooo much time, wasted time we needed. he was beyond rude and i will NEVER go back to that extremely rude and terrible location.

I had to ask a friend to help guide me out of their parking lot in the back. Bad location. I showed up at 10:10 am to pick up the truck and he told me come back as the U-Haul guy will be there at 10:30 you are early. They also changed pick up locations for me 3 times .

ARDESHIR S1. I waited 25 minutes for help from the associate, but he didn’t assist me until he had helped every customer in the grocery store. 2. The check engine light was on the entire time, which left me worrying since the car has a lot of mileage and I need to take long trips.

We have no additional charges. The truck itself is in good condition, clean interior and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend this location to people who do not want to deal with the apps pickup/return, since the staff here will take care of everything:)

First I receive the invoice all good, but later i received another invoice because they added a cleaning fee. I transported a mattress, that was no cleanning to do. I know it is my fault for not demanding the person to do all the check-out list, but they were very unprofessional (to say at least) on adding charges.

Jonald CWhat DID irk me with the rental was the extra fuel charge. It was just under a half tank when I got it, and it was just under a half tank when I dropped it off yet I still got charged for 11 litres.
David HThey really had a broken uhaul and when I tried to bring fuel to the normal level, the indicator wasn't working at all. Moreover, the person in charge at the store was taking forever to do inspection of the car and made me wait for over 45 minutes before completing the inspection. The overall experience was horrible. WOuld want to get a 30$ refund for all the things that went poorly in this experience. Want to speak to customer support ASAP
Nippun AUnreasonable bill. Charged me 23 liter gas (1/8 tank) for a 7-mile milage. 7 miles did not even need 1 liter. We request a refund of the gas charge.

Dmytro SWhen refueling for the return, the gas gauge was not working properly, so I returned the car with unnecessary overfueling. Even though the car is new, this issue seems to be inconveniencing customers.
