elmer jThe original car I was assigned to was GROSS! The chairs were COVERED in pet hair. The dashboard had some sort of huge slip that ran down to the cup holders. And to conclude the gas was on E. To add my rental time was for 8am so I’m sure I was the first customer to rent that particular van for the day. Additional the truck they provided me with clearly indicated on the dash “ air bag censor malfunction”. No airbags and a COMPLETELY unsafe. And the cleanliness of the vehicle was no well. LLC companies partnered with U-haul was not a good experience in my case.

Tyler EI picked up my rental and the gas gauge was at 1/4 tank. I returned it with the same amount of gas (if not a little more) than it had when I picked it up. Now I see that I was charged a $71.25 Fuel charge? What is this scam? I took a picture of the gauges when I picked up the vehicle for proof. I want my money refunded for this overcharge.

ANTHONY OThe Uhaul experience itself was fine. Pickup was rough as the guy took 45 minutes to give me the truck and the wrong tow dolly. My dropoff location at Alliance Storage in Bend, OR closed an hour and a half before posted hours which complicated things quite a bit and caused a major inconvenience with my moving timeline. They need to do better. Thankfully, I received a call from Uhaul directly to change the dropoff location to the U-Haul Storage of Bend that fixed the situation entirely. Those guys were awesome and Cody made my day!
Lisa KIt was a gas station with only one employee so it was very time consuming waiting for help. Luckily I took a friend who helped me unhitch the 6x12 cargo trailer. If a female would have to return a trailer I don't know how she would have managed since the employee was also a female.

Jessica MIt took over an hour to check in because the guy didn't know what he was doing. He had to continuously stop helping me in order to check out the gas station customers. He ended up calling someone at home to check me in who kept talking to his dog. The truck only had 3/8 tank of gas. Which was very inconvenient to start the trip having to fill up. I will never use this location again.

PETER JWhen I had signed up for my U-Haul, I was promised a guarantee of price and when I got there to pay the price increased, but I was trying to move colleges so I didn’t think into it too much so then it actually led to me being charged $27 for gas because it went down a millimeter like it barely moved And I went 4 miles and that was to school and back in total and then I asked if I needed to put gas in it, but why would I want to pay 4 gallons for someone else when I only went for miles not even a gallon it barely moved and the only reason it all is because I actually had to wait 30 minutes past my reservation for him And it was rattling because they change oil so they also put me at risk

Martin NOnly thing is that the location didn’t have the 4 dozen furniture covers that I ordered. And turns out in only needed either 1 utility dolly or a regular dolly. I chose the utility dolly.
Monita VThe rental could only be handled by the manager and I had to wait for him to get there - he was not there at the expected pick up time. All transactions were handled on his phone. And the truck had a little less than 1/4 tank of fuel.

Miguel RWhile the man at the gas station was nice, it was disorganized and I waited for a very long time to get served. They are also using a cellular phone to do these transactions which does not build any type of consumer confidence at all. It seemed very sketchy, to be honest, and was not a comfortable transaction or experience.

Andrew BThey are clueless, disorgnaized, and wasteful of time. Their computer sytems don't connect to U-Haul, which is like the blind leading the blind. I recommend going directly to a U-Haul office, and not one of these satelite locations that are ran by others.
Rob RDid we had a hard time getting the car hauler we had to go to two places they were directing us to four different places till we finally got it. Jenny was a big help to us over the phone and she also come and save it as for all the hassle that we went through and very thankful for her. Also when we picked up the hauler we are in the big hurry and Jerry was a big help at that location.

Thuam PThe vendor had a hard time getting in contact with a main u haul branch for billing and technical assistance. I would suggest a remote vendor special phone # so they could have a direct line to the services they need to service the customer. Also I need a ball changed out from my hitch. After almost 4 hours of phone calls by Bruce Alberto at your store. None of the uhauls in the phoenix area had a 1 7/8 socket to remove my tow ball for me. Unbelievable, you need to give your people the tools to do the job for your customers. I ended up having to buy a different / hitch and ball from you just to tow your trailer. Then today I went to drop off the trailer in the Tucson area. I asked the rep for directions to the store. They gave me the wrong directions!!! I then used google maps and found the store. When I asked the young man why he gave me the wrong directions. He said he didn’t know the area. Please train your staff to be up front with your customers. Suggest google maps if they don’t know the area. Other than that… the trailer was good and the people were friendly and helpful. They did the best they could with the tools you give them/(corporate). PS one nice lady gave me a discount for my troubles.

OLIVIA MI kept getting hassled. A kept receiving call after call about my drop off the day before my drop off day. That was very annoying.
