We had difficulty picking up the truck and had to call U-Haul to assist us. It took an hour and a half before the representative arrived at the store and had to provide us with a larger truck because the one we requested wasn't working. And once we returned the truck, they didn't close it on their end and we received a phone call the next morning that we never returned it. We got it sorted out, thankfully. We will not be returning to this location.

This is a shared facility and is on the property of a convenience store and gas station.the proprietor had to wait until customers left and had to lock the store while he unhooked the trailer from my car.
