There was something spilled on the mat between the seats and under driver seat. Looked like icing or whip cream.

FELIPE GJust really dirty on the inside. Location was great, easy to follow instructions for pick up. Only issue was the inside of truck was pretty dirty. Not a big deal to me since I only drove 15 miles, but if I had a longer drive it would have bothered me.

JEFFREY BMy truck was missing equipment which ultimately delayed my trip. I had to call in to get extended time and I was charged for it. On top of that, the gas wasn’t filled all the way and the back right tire had low tire pressure as soon as we did our inspection. The representatives were very kind, but there wasn’t any initiative or follow up about my concerns listed above. I ended up paying the price for things that were not my fault.

GEORGE MReserved a 15 foot truck and had a price in our budget. Got there and they were out of the 15 foot truck which we had reserved. They only had a 20 foot option. They would not honor the price of the reservation and we had no choice at the last minute as we were moving out of state and had to pay the extra and take the larger truck. Slimy business practice. What’s the point of a reservation?

Scott JYour app needs some improvement. After trying to figure out how to check in, I eneed up calling your customer service department who were way more helpful than the app. Had similar problems on returning the truck and had to call customer service then too. They were also way more helpful than your app. I would suggest you rely less on technology and more on human beings.

Charles TThe app experience was terrifying : it glitched both times at taking the truck and dropping it off, the app went blank and i couldn't continue the process, so i had to close it and open again, then the whole wizard was gone and then i spent 30 minutes on phone call to get some one to help me get it back in the app. at the drop ff i was on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for a support to pick up, then after 10 minutes an automated message told me there is no one to help me! i left a message and no one even called me back the next day :)))) horrible experience !

Stephen HEverything went well, these trucks are getting old, but it got the job done.
Culley DThe windows were muddy enough that I couldn't see out of the driver's side window to use the side mirror. I had to stop and clean it off. The cargo area had a significant layer of dirt and grime that got on all of the furniture we were moving. Other than that the experience was very good. The checking process was easy and the attendant was very polite and helpful. The truck was serviceable and in good working order.

Prestin CEverything went well for our rental. The truck was pulled out front and had been warmed up to defrost the front window. It was clean and ran well and we had no issues. The office manager was very friendly and made sure we had everything needed.

Culley DI was charged for 2 additional days for no reason. I have attempted to call the office multiple times and have left a voicemail with no response. Very frustrating...
Jacob BWhen I did pick up the truck, I inform the associate who helped me that level of gas was different of what he said on the contract. He took a picture with his cellphone and he told me: “I will let UHaul know” I returned the truck with more gas than I received and still got charge like he never did any changes.
GUSTAVO SThey upgraded me for free from a 10ft truck to a 15ft truck because the 10ft had a flat tire. I felt taken care of.
Jacob TThe lock was difficult to open to get the key out, I had to dispute the after hours charge to get a refund.
Kiersten TOur experience was really good overall. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. We actually had extra furniture pads left in the truck beyond what we had asked for. This wasn't a problem, but it was clear they hadn't checked it very carefully.
Daniel HGet rid of the governor on the vehicle. I understand that the vehicle is loaded but with the speed limits at or above the governor settings it puts the driver in some unsafe situations. The other perk that would have been nice would be a cruise control in the truck, made the 1000 mi.+ trip kind of long.

Sandra MRead the return reviews before issuing the receipt and charging the client. I don’t like repeating my problems three times and still not getting the necessary help. I reported the problem with the gas gauge not being on full before taking the truck, reported the problem on my review submission and now I have to report it again via email after receiving the charge that was wrongfully placed upon me
