Since this location is close to where I live, I went into the office in person to reserve a truck. The rental process was easy. When I came to pick up the truck, it was clean and full of gas. I just needed the keys, and I was on my way. Returning was also as easy. Drop off the keys, and they emailed a receipt. Hassle-free -- which was appreciated since all-day moving makes you tired.
