The app experience was terrifying : it glitched both times at taking the truck and dropping it off, the app went blank and i couldn't continue the process, so i had to close it and open again, then the whole wizard was gone and then i spent 30 minutes on phone call to get some one to help me get it back in the app. at the drop ff i was on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for a support to pick up, then after 10 minutes an automated message told me there is no one to help me! i left a message and no one even called me back the next day :)))) horrible experience !

Culley D.The windows were muddy enough that I couldn't see out of the driver's side window to use the side mirror. I had to stop and clean it off. The cargo area had a significant layer of dirt and grime that got on all of the furniture we were moving. Other than that the experience was very good. The checking process was easy and the attendant was very polite and helpful. The truck was serviceable and in good working order.
