STEPHEN DI have rented from the Sol de Mexico location several times now. They are very kind, clear in instructions and expected care of their equipment. They are also very accommodating when plans don’t quite pan out as intended. They lead with making it clear if another person/patron has already booked they can not extend that specific rental. I appreciate that as well. I can’t say enough about this small female run local business. Aside from the U-haul side of the business, they also carry some wonderful treasures from Mexico and south western inspired decor. Probably have items I’m failing to mention, but the point is that they have a cute boutique as well as the best inventory for rentals I know of in our small town. Rita RI was told to call a number bc there was a problem with the drop off location. I was told I had to drive a minimum of 1hr 20 mi in each direction to drop it off due to locations being full. This was unacceptable. I called my local place and they siad that was not true. I spent 20 minutes asking about various locations around me and was told no. The person I spoke to was not helpful at all and not sympathetic to the situation. The number I called was 210-731-2805-- terrible!!! Thank goodness I called my local place and htey allowed me to return it and make it right. Also, The lady on the phone gave me a discount and then took it away.

BERT GI reserved at one location and at the last minute the u haul place called me and cancelled. Not willing to help me find another rental. Poor customer service. I then had to scramble to find another u-haul place to rent a trailer. The trailer was fine and had no issues. Very disappointed with the U-Haul business in Canyon Lake
