PAUL DThis is an overall issue that the local location could not assess unless the previous driver passed it on. The air conditioning in the van did not work and the passenger mirror kept falling down to the point where it was dangerous to drive. I gave this feedback to the dropoff location. I think this is a bigger "U-haul" problem than the local tenant who just issues the vehicles.
JASON HI used the vehicle for less than 50 miles. I was told the truck was full when I picked it up. I had to put over 10 gallons of fuel to fill it up so it obviously was not full when I rented it. I was offered no discount or refund for my excessive fuel charge.
