Good evening I have a few concerns regarding the charges made to my credit card for the 15-foot truck rental I had with your company. Please respond to my email at ***@gmail.com regarding the following: • I originally rented the truck for October 31, but due to an issue with the freight elevator and building restrictions on weekend moves, I had to keep the truck two extra days. However, the equipment was used only once for moving out and once for moving back, yet I was charged for three full days. I expected that a large company like U-Haul would at least offer a discount for the equipment in such a case. • My credit card was charged four times: 1. $106.89 on October 31 when I picked up the truck, 2. $181.42 on November 1 for the first extension, 3. $96.11, and 4. $2.16 for unclear reasons on the second extension. The total comes to $386.58, while my final invoice shows $277.53 paid — a difference of $109.05, which appears to have been overcharged. • The mileage used was 13.3 miles (21 km), but the invoice lists 25 km, meaning I am owed about $5. • I refueled the truck with $15 of gas before returning it. Based on the starting and ending mileage and the fuel gauge reading, I should have received a $10 fuel credit. • When I visited your location in person, the representative calculated and confirmed that $25 would be refunded to me, but I have not received it yet. • In total, $124 should be refunded to my account. Please review these discrepancies as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will dispute these charges with my credit card provider and file a formal complaint against the company for overcharging, incorrect billing, and failure to refund the extra payment. Great friendly staff, car in great state no concerns with final billing
KAVITHA TThe Markham location did not process the paperwork properly when I dropped off the truck on time. This caused an error in the system and I was incorrectly charged for an extra day. I had to follow up with U-Haul head office and the Markham branch to close the rental.
Behrang RI physically went to this location a day in advance to get help with mobile check in. No help were given. Instead, got pushed to physical checked in which was an hour later since store didn't open until 11am on Sunday. Yet, responsible person was late to work. So didn't got checked in until 11:30am.

MICHEL HOn email uhaul provided no return time just a date.( Monday June 30th.) Guy said it was late because someone was waiting for the truck I was using. You need to give a return time on that email next time to not cause this situation in the future.
Jeremy SI have completed online checkin but the pickup process is too time consuming. The pickup location staff is not at all friendly and haven’t provided any clear instructions. The truck bed is too dirty, smelly and full of nails, leftover tape pieces, stinky. The mileage meter indicates level as just little above 1/4th with 108 miles to empty. I have returned the truck with same miles left to empty and visibly 1/4th and a little above. When the truck fuel gauge shows only 1/4 , 1/2, 3/4 markings, how does an average human identify the difference between 1/4th & 3/8th ? Does it even make sense?? What is the miles to empty reading for in this case??? I have been told to drop of the keys in the drop box as the return time is after hours. I did the same but got billed for two days as the agent considered that truck is returned the next morning. How the hell do you people calculate the time?? Why provide an option to return after hours as per time slot when you can’t decide when is the truck returned???? Also had to argue with the agent over the phone to explain that truck is returned in the night. Being a customer, even after thoroughly following all the return steps of return exactly within time slot why should I carry the proofs?? Have rented uhaul vehicles several times in my life but this is an utterly DISGUSTING experience. Neither the location staff nor the uhaul customer care staff dis their duties properly. Never ever going back or referring uhaul in the future
Shiva KI book a 20f track with 6 furniure pad and dolly from this location I went in person the guy changed everything without notice he put 24 furniture pad, He asked me for Insuramce I confirmed No need but when I got my receipt he charged me foe insurnace as well, deserve zero since they are after people money.
Adib SOut of all the Uhaul locations & other rental companies -this by far the best location & most positive experience Out of all fairness, some of the negative unreasonable Google reviews/ comments needs to be neutrally addressed -it ALMOST made me book at another location & have to "settle-for-less".

I would 100% recommend this location over the other locations that I have rented vehicles from.
