The owner of the store told me I don’t have to worry about returning to that location because it’s almost an hour drive. Then I get charged 304 additional dollars for dropping it off one 10 minutes from. Uhual said it was okay. I will be disputing the charge.

I was late picking up my rental. The computer they use to make the arrangements had been powered down and was incredibly slow. Was informed that they were not going to be able to honor my transaction in full (no moving blankets). I had paid movers coming to help and had to delay everything and cost me money to go get other blankets.

Larissa MThis was the second attempt at dropping off the Uhaul. The first location that the truck was supposed to be dropped off at is no longer receiving trucks, and they directed me to this location.
Keri ZThe truck was not at the location. I had to get on the phone and find out where it was and then travel to that location. U-Haul should have notified me of them location change prior to me arriving at the pick up spot they had previously given to me.
JOHN HMy pickup time was changed by an hour and was sent 30 minutes away from my original destination. Location was changed 3 times aswell.

james tno there to hook up trailer - only spoke to a guy on the phone from the package store. Trailer was in place with tire blocks - nearly impossible to move to get on my hitch. Back door was not properly closed - no one available to check and see if the tail lights/blinkers worked properly
Steve VTruck rental was originally for " 2 DAYS, 155 miles (I think)", however when we returned the truck, we incurred an additional charge of $56.91 for "extra day, extra miles", which is total B.S. !! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with U-Haul process. I will rent elsewhere next time, and tell everyone I know about this poor performance. I've used U-Haul many times before and this was the worst.

Henry TIt rained the day we were driving and a lot of my stuff was wet when we opened the back. Things that got wet(55in TV, mattress, chest of drawers cardboard boxes etc.) I don't know what can be changed but something needs to be done
