Michael BMake sure your website is correct with open stores when a customer is picking up equipment instead of calling them the day before, 3 hours before the store closes that they now have to go to TWO stores to pick up their equipment. THEN charge that same customer extra miles because the extra pickup was never factored into the equation. I'll be using Penske next time.

Steve BEverything was fine except for the fact that as soon as I turned the truck on and moved it from the spot, it was sitting in the gas light came on. Then I put the U-Haul back at where the gas was right before I pulled out of the parking lot and I’m being charged extra for gas

Khesed RYears ago U-Haul facilities could be found everywhere. Today, and to my surprise, it's a little different. When researching locations one finds many neighborhood locations. These are not places where one finds a storage trailer. These are personal addresses of people who will assist and direct you to a facility. The equipped facilities seem to be fewer and farther between. Never-the-less, I had a very satisfactory experience.
