When I arrived the truck had less than 20miles of gas in the tank and we were far from any gas stations The cabin had items left inside and the back had broken glass.

Years ago U-Haul facilities could be found everywhere. Today, and to my surprise, it's a little different. When researching locations one finds many neighborhood locations. These are not places where one finds a storage trailer. These are personal addresses of people who will assist and direct you to a facility. The equipped facilities seem to be fewer and farther between. Never-the-less, I had a very satisfactory experience.
