Equipment was ready to go and in good condition. The trailer did great for our trip, no complaints. Communicating with this location was difficult via phone. Didn't always get an answer. Talking in person worked well, host was polite and helpful.

Ron LI was overcharged at this location for nonsense add-ons that I specifically declined when making an online reservation. I emailed the manager with no response. I then called multiple times and finally spoke with someone who said that he is unable to do anything and would escalate the issue to someone else, who may or may not issue a refund. It has now been enough time and I have not been issued a refund.

Christopher MAlthough the truck was brand new and clean I was charged for services I did not request. I secured the U-Haul online and did not click on the need for pads nor a dolly. When I got to my destination and opened the back there was a dolly and 1 pad laying inside.(not strapped into place as they normally are.) I did not need nor use them. When I received my bill I was charged for them. I called the owner of the U-Haul location and told him this and he seemed irritated and said that those were auto charges from U-Haul. For my business I rent uhaul trucks at between 4-9 times per month. I am NOT new to the process nor how charges happen. He told me he would “look” into and call me back. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back. I got the feeling I was being blown off. I have called back and he keeps saying his “supervisor” will contact me. Worst customer service.
