Didn’t help set up the trailer and was not there for pick up
Joey PJeremy was a great help from beginning to end. He answered all our questions, made sure we went through all the protocols to ensure we had a good vehicle, and was friendly along the way. Based on this experience, we will again be renting from him in a few weeks when our son moves back to school.
Tolis DI rented a 5x8 trailer. The gentleman at the desk ask if I wanted insurance. I declined. He said OK & asked me to sign for it on his phone, with no indication it would be more than the advertised $25 cost for rental. After returning the trailer, I got the final receipt by email after I left his shop showing the advertised rental fee plus an extra $8 for insurance. I never agreed to the $8 and is redundant to the coverage I already carry. This is the 2nd time a U-Haul place stuck me with unexpected insurance charges to pad the bill.
Ryan LNothing! Manager was efficient and pleasant and had the equipment ready and in good shape. He even was looking out for us by recommending that we video the truck before leaving, to avoid any argument. Very pleased and satisfied!
