This location was great. Had the truck ready when I needed. However the 800 customer service was terrible. I had trouble with the mobile app giving me and error and I could not get the combination to the lock box. It took me 45 minutes just to get help on the phone. The lady that answered was very rude and not helpful.

Maria WI didn't have my dolly that I paid $15 for. I had to drive back to the location to retrieve it. I then had to pay for an extra ~15 miles just for that reason. The truck itself sounded and drove horribly. The smell in the cab and the back smelled like dirty cats. I will pay extra for Penske next month when I need a truck again do the horrible service and experience I had with U-Haul.

ALLENHARTZLER SThrough no fault of the people at this location I will not do business with UHAUL again. They at least informed me of the problem with the paperwork from the pick up location and made me aware of the enormous charge UHAUL would chargeback for its own mistake.
BRIANROBERT BPhone system and online chat not very effective. Frequently dropped from phone call after very extended holds, or dropped on 'transfer'. Phone customer help system is not acceptable. Personnel seem good when contacted. Would be good to have a "auto call-back" option, and statement of hold times.
Victor EI had mostly large boxes and totes and was going across the country, so the U-box was definitely a better option for me. Cost-wise it was maybe a bit higher than getting a truck and all the fuel and towing my car, but I didn't have to worry about finding parking for a truck and trailer for 4 or 5 nights and that was entirely worth it to me. My experience was very positive, it made the trip and the move a lot less stressful. Packing the box was easy and it shipped out quickly. My box arrived well ahead of schedule, which was great. Make sure to let the destination know at least 24 hours ahead of when you want to retrieve your things when they arrive, I had a bit of trouble with the paperwork at the end because of that but all my things arrived perfectly with very little shifting.

JAMES PAs a add on partnership with uhaul staff goes above and beyond to help customers. If phone is busy call back most likely helping another customer, only one person working all calls for both businesses.

Diane PDespite talking to the manager multiple times my boxes were not ready when I came to get them and the manager, whom I previously spoke with, claimed to have no idea I was coming.
Catherine BI was shocked that it cost over $300 to move locally. We had to keep it an extra day and was told we drove over 100 miles I didn't write the miles down so I'm not sure. We couldn't rent the bigger truck because it wouldn't fit into the drive way had to make 3 trips but with in a 10 mile radius glad it's over and done
