I didn't have my dolly that I paid $15 for. I had to drive back to the location to retrieve it. I then had to pay for an extra ~15 miles just for that reason. The truck itself sounded and drove horribly. The smell in the cab and the back smelled like dirty cats. I will pay extra for Penske next month when I need a truck again do the horrible service and experience I had with U-Haul.
