The UHaul vehicles are located a significant distance from the main office.

SADY LHave a truck that doesn’t leak inside on a rainy day. Also if a customer asks for an extension and there not to be a charge due to the inconvenience of their leaky truck and the company agrees they should stand by their word. There are recorded conversations of when I spoke with “traffic” where they had promised no additional charge was going to be incurred. They very slickly charge you and then tell you they will reimburse you but will NOT. And let me not get into the email that was sent to me from a manager, that was a joke. Its unfortunate because I have rented through U-Haul before at another location and had a few times abs unfortunately because they cannot promise a truck for the day of your reservation I had to pick up a truck from this new location that gave me the leaky roof truck and had to pay full price for
MELISSA PCheckout was personable, quick and easy. Question on the return though. Was asked to park in the back of the lot (makes sense) though the drop box sticker said to park along the fence or pay a fine. Had already parked in the lot so left it there. Hope that was correct

Dieulene NClose the Carter road location. I had a rental scheduled there and they did not know how to do the rental which sent me to this location. They helped get me setup and out the door by being helpful and professional the entire time.

YOLANDA GWe had an issue before the pickup was scheduled when 2 ladies called me the day before to explain that U-Haul does not pay them enough money to find me the 4-wheel dolly (that I reserved for pickup because they did not have one) and that I was told to drive around town and find one myself. I still have the copy of the voicemail. That's like going to McDonalds and them telling you that they are out of hamburgers and if you want one you need to drive around town and find it yourself because they do not pay us enough. Seriously?? I made a phone call to my contacts and the issue was resolved at corporate but you can see where this is an issue that need to be addressed. This pickup was decent with the gentleman that assisted me. He was very nice and was quick to address all of the points on pickup. No issues or complains here - thank you.

VLADIMIR NPricing and mileage fees when unsure the obstacles or time constraints are outrageous and extremely not made clear by the company and the drop off mobile processing is way to low and as i was having issues with app and the weather being so bad it was just a terrible experience especially after the stressors of moving

Michael HThis is the best location for Uhaul Pickup. The guest service is always top notch and the trucks are always ready and clean.
KAREEM MThe steering wheel would turn halfway before the wheels . The breaks are very very dangerous. When going between 50 and 65 mph the whole front-end shakes. Please service this equipment before someone get hurt
DIRRECK MI don’t think you can improve on perfect! You were courteous and friendly and right to the point. The van was in excellent condition. Our experience was certainly satisfactory and above!
Nikki MI was unhappy with van provided never been told the whole floor carpet was torned and when i loaded my new furniture it got scratched all over i am very very upset and unhappy i dont know how you will make happy to unhappy customer If you really value my feedback then take it seriously and i should be compensate for defective equipment provided without my knowledge
