LILLIAN LWarn the next customer the unit might not be clean and to take pictures before leaving. Double check to make sure their extras are loaded. We did not have the appliance Dollie’s or blankets in the unit when we checked it. The business was closed and thought they were there, they would not open the door. We had to pay for the appliance Dollie’s and blankets at the Clovis dealer and HOPE we get reimbursed. And then when I mark that the unit is not clean, I get a notice I will be charged $25.00 for cleaning. Those are not my children sized hand prints all over the inside of a filthy windshield that I could barely see out of, even after using the washer/wiper.
Roy RReserved 20'box truck, received 26'. Reserved utility dolly and appliance dolly, didn't get either. Very disappointing and caused great amount of stress.

Jasmine TChristopher was very helpful and so professional! He helped me every step of the way. There were a few glitches in the application process and he jumped in and took over. This was a Sunday and the facility was closed, but he took the time to help us so that we could have the U-HAUL truck as it was extremely necessary. I am so appreciative and grateful that he was there to help with such a great attitude and professional manner. I had to ding the review on the inside of the cab due to the condition of it. It was sticky, dirty, and filthy inside the cab. It could use some cleaning. The cargo area was clean. Thank you, Dave and Julie Smith

ALFREDO CEnsure that the location is open for business at the times reservations are made. This location was not, causing a two hour delay in picking up a rental.

Richard NThey did not notify UHaul of our timely return of the trailer. When UHaul sent us notification that our rental was overdue, we went down to the facility, they had already rented the trailer to someone else, and it was gone. To this day no one from UHaul has followed up with me to let me know that they consider the rental satisfied.
Chris WThe office was closed. Tried to use online checkout and could not get barcode system to work properly. Finally had to call the online 800 numder and process checkout that way. Whole process at dropoff location took over an hour and a half. Not acceptable at all.
Richard NOperators were responsive to call and provided easy directions.
Barbara JGuy was nice and respectful, but not there during business hours with no way to get ahold of him the first time, not a good look for a business!
Christina SParking at the site was a little difficult, but the employee did a great job of helping us get the job done. The office was very cold for some reason, so it was not a comfortable place to complete the dropoff.
