Ensure that the location is open for business at the times reservations are made. This location was not, causing a two hour delay in picking up a rental.

Richard NThey did not notify UHaul of our timely return of the trailer. When UHaul sent us notification that our rental was overdue, we went down to the facility, they had already rented the trailer to someone else, and it was gone. To this day no one from UHaul has followed up with me to let me know that they consider the rental satisfied.
Chris WThe office was closed. Tried to use online checkout and could not get barcode system to work properly. Finally had to call the online 800 numder and process checkout that way. Whole process at dropoff location took over an hour and a half. Not acceptable at all.
