When I called U-Haul they reserved me an auto transporter, but the day before they called me and said they didn’t have one and could not help me. So I called the South Hampton small engines. They were excellent , they were able to get me what I needed while U-Haul them selfs did nothing and also hung up on me. south Hampton Small Engines saved my. The main U-Haul number was useless, rude, and wasn’t willing help. Thank god for South Hampton SmallEngines, they were amazing and I would use them again. Very friendly very supportive, they even wen out out there way to get the needed trailer at a further away location so I had what I needed. If it wasn’t for them I would never use U-Haul again.

GEORGE TJust drop boxes, business that the box is connected to is not involved with U-Haul. Had a few issues I wanted to talk to someone about but there wasn't anyone. Requested a truck with ramp but didn't get it.
