Have used this location in the past. The woman running the desks is usually very sweet and helpful. However, when I dropped off the truck, she was not available. Mechanic assisted, but I found him rude. App was not working and he told me just to drop the keys in the box. However, when I called about an hour later, truck was still listed not being returned. Lot was overcrowded with auto repair overflow and it was hard to park the truck. The gentleman told me I could not park where I parked, yet there were very few options available. It was also scary and difficult to back up and move with the amount of cars and limited room in the lot.
