I had to go to 3 different U haul locations. At the second location, I was given the wrong combination. After calling, I got the right combination, but given the wrong key. Instead of just giving me a combination for the right key, they made me drive to this location. The ma on the phone tried to be understanding but lied about compensation. I will be complaining as I was billed for extra mileage even though I had to drive further because of their mistake. I wasted 3 extra hours of my day driving around.

Stephen YWhen I called U-Haul they reserved me an auto transporter, but the day before they called me and said they didn’t have one and could not help me. So I called the South Hampton small engines. They were excellent , they were able to get me what I needed while U-Haul them selfs did nothing and also hung up on me. south Hampton Small Engines saved my. The main U-Haul number was useless, rude, and wasn’t willing help. Thank god for South Hampton SmallEngines, they were amazing and I would use them again. Very friendly very supportive, they even wen out out there way to get the needed trailer at a further away location so I had what I needed. If it wasn’t for them I would never use U-Haul again.
