Gail PThis is a wrecker/tow company and the drop off lot looks like it. Used and junk cars/trucks/trailers all over the place. I have used UHAUL before and never had this level of anxiety anywhere. I took plenty of pictures of my trailer after being returned just in case they try to say it was damaged. Will go to the UHAUL store in Pensacola next time I need something-it is clean and outstanding.

TODD TLocation was dirty and gross. The office smelled bad and had junk strewn all over the place. It was being used to sell old junky cars, and do embroidery work and I think there were animals living in the back of the office. My 5 year old refused to go in because it smelled so bad. I have never seen a business that was such a mess.

GRETCHEN HOverall ok experience was fine. However, I attempted to extend my rental which was done but I was initially charged for 7 days instead of 4 which is all I used. I was told I had to wait for a refund. This was terribly inconvenient.

LISA DThe only criticism I have about my experience pertains to the difficulty I had locating them online which is either Uhauls failing or Google. There are 2 U-haul neighborhood partners closer to me than came up in the search results of Google and U-haul. Southbay was one of them. I knew of them from prior experience. I wanted to call to check on availability of the trailer I needed. Instead I had to drive to them to check on availability. Southbay had what I needed.

Gregory DEquipment was clean but the key fob and the key hole on the exterior door had clearly been tampered with (attempted break in) before which did not allow me to unlock from the outside of the drivers door and also have issues with starting the vehicle/removing the keys. Service at location was great and timely and they were able to highlight that for me upon pickup.

James SReason I didn't rate it excellent is becuase I had to drive to a different location from the original to pickup trailer. The Uhaul place I was sent to did not have a 6' X 22' trailer. I had to rush to get there before voting time. The lady at this place was really nice and very professional.
