The gravel parking lot in the rain was very dirty with standing water. Did an after hours drop off so I didn't interact with anyone. The location looked a little run down.

Lady was sort of helpful giving info to contact for the damage claim. Used car lot I think. A bunch of people inside talking and blocking access to cashier lady. And a pitbull chained to a wall behind her. Sort of seedy looking overall.
Roger PI only go to this location because the lady there is fast and knows her stuff.

Dawn DMan living in U-Haul office! The office stunk of dog pee! I had to hook-up the trailer myself, no help was offered! I will not go back! The entire property looks like a rundown junkyard for old nasty cars!
