The worker here could care less about his job or customer service
JACOB B1. Clean the truck, it was filthy inside when delivered 2. Make sure that you have in stock the items that were requested, given the weeks advance notice. 3. This truck had a substantial roof leak, fortunately $40K in leather furniture and 25K in fine arts were offloaded. The goods that were soaked where all our loading straps, and 24 blankets we had to purchase from a big box store as the 48 reserved where not available. 4. You can do better. The dirty and leaking equipment and poor customer service in Alabama is not acceptable, and location related, not industry wide.
Robert TWetumpka was not helpful getting blankets. If that location didn’t have any I should not have been able to reserve. They didn’t offer have them brought from another store or anything. They didn’t even tell me that I couldn’t get them there. I had to go back in to ask for them, and then they told me. Then, somehow my drop off place was changed to a different city. I went back in to talk to them about that and they did not offer to fix it either. They told me I had to do everything for myself. Go find your own blankets go fix your own drop off. I did the reservation correctly and have a snapshot of the drop off and I did not take care of their end. I travel three hours to get there to take care of my storage unit and they did not have everything prepared. Like I said they did not offer correct the mistakes. Matter fact, they told me they weren’t gonna help me.

Brad CJerome Jones was outstanding, he knew his stuff & got us out & on the road quickly. The truck was exceptionally clean even the storage box, it was so clean that I actually took my shoes off when loading so to not bring dirt in. All & all it was a great experience!

Kim WHave clearer instructions on ride share. Be better staffed in customer service. It took 4 calls and waiting about 30 minutes each time to solve the problem and be able to pick up my truck. The truck sounded awful and was very old. I paid for a dolly and it wasn't there.

george MPick up place employee told me we could drop off truck at any authorized dealer so we tried. Southeast Storage North absolutely refused to accept the truck due to having too many trucks and not enough parking area. They have a hugh fenced and secured parking area that was basically empty. Sent me to Southeast Storage South and the employee there was unfriendly and unwilling to even come outside to inspect and properly receive the truck. Will never use U-Haul or reccomend it.

LUCAS RThe people working at this location were great. U-Haul traffic and customer service is pathetic. First they cancelled my reservation due to circumstances beyond my control and without my knowledge. Then the 2 U-Haul employees that were contacted did not care about the inconvenience they put me and the dealer thru.

William HKeeping it narrowed down to the location that actiually have a truck and not giving a place to rate the process of how you came to a truck over 30 miles out oof the way. Send me a survey about uhal services in the past 4 months. I can show you something that will challenge the claims maid by uhaul. And the $50 refund for a 3 time botched reservation is a joke to someone that wastes 7 hours of a day because of a truck that was there but wasnt there, a rude associate that supposedly represents the company and the upper management that has admittedly refused to act on previous customer complaints, and 3 laborers getting paid to do nothing (which that $ 50.00 is about $20 less than that laborer makes fr that day. It is unexceptable. As is the response by the area manager. How can this person make a decison, when he is bias in the first place becaause it is their incompetence that didnt act the first few times. And scheduling, send me a survey for them too. But as far as this particular location, and after three days of scheduling to locations with no vehicles withihn a 60 mile radius, this place was great. Fast professional service and eager to get us on road with timed schedule to keep. THank you Wetumpka Uhaul/Southeast Storeage
James KVery disappointed with U-Haul rented a 10 foot truck and then was switched to a 20 foot truck. No called or texted me the change. Then called and they confirmed a 16 foot truck. Then called and cancelled it and back to the 20 foot truck. Didn't need this size truck. Also the fuel it took for this truck also was to much. Poor customer service.
MARTIN BWas not greeted as I was the only customer asked to use the bathroom and the gentlemen said the toilet had been acting up. I told him I would make sure it flushed before I used it and he stated he would rather I not and I could go to a gas station. Personally I feel the black man there did not want me being white to use his bathroom. That’s my honest opinion.

Russell ACharged me a $20 after hours return fee, 5 days after the rental, even though I actually I returned it a 9AM on a Thursday to a human being in the office. Person I spoke to just kept saying I returned it after hours and they would do nothing about it. Gave up and put a chargeback through the CC company.

JOHN MThe first location I was sent to to pick up a trailer wasn’t opened had a phone number on the door it said call for an appointment for horses or for a shed or for trailer I left a voicemail never heard anything U-Haul is too sharp for this type of location other than that my experience was great

Pete GSoftware issues took almost an hour to be able to complete the rental process. I had to go online and make a reservation on my phone and even then the system wouldn’t accept payment until the rep called in for tech support.
Alex WI couldn't ask for any better service. The gentleman stayed and waited for me even though he was close to closing the store. His name is Jerome Jones. Excellent service.
