I dropped equipment off at the sketchiest place possible,there was no office,no person and even tho I dropped it off on time I was charged 56$ for an additional day and now I'm having to battle to get my money back from an unauthorized charge they made.

Have someone onsite, nearby or adjacent to drop off point for help with the customer in checking in equipment on weekends. Those trailer hitches are really awkward and heavy.
william eThe star was the guy at the counter who helped me get the equipment set up. The location itself was confusing as it is an abandoned building and no signs indicating the gas station next door is the actual rental office. Equipment was in good shape but had not been cleaned inside. Truck was picked up with less than 3/4 gas tank.
Paul JNobody was there to receive the equipment. I dropped the tralier and called the number and had not answer. I left a message hoping for someone would call me back at least the same day; no one did. For almost two days I waited to receive a response.

Lee OHave more equipment at this location. I plan on use if the trailer again in the next 2 weeks. The manger and everyone involved was very helpful
