Have someone onsite, nearby or adjacent to drop off point for help with the customer in checking in equipment on weekends. Those trailer hitches are really awkward and heavy.

The star was the guy at the counter who helped me get the equipment set up. The location itself was confusing as it is an abandoned building and no signs indicating the gas station next door is the actual rental office. Equipment was in good shape but had not been cleaned inside. Truck was picked up with less than 3/4 gas tank.
Paul JNobody was there to receive the equipment. I dropped the tralier and called the number and had not answer. I left a message hoping for someone would call me back at least the same day; no one did. For almost two days I waited to receive a response.
