The owner was so kind and helpful as this was my first time driving the U-Haul.
The truck was ready and clean and he pulled it out for me and went over some safety points.

While the service was fine, the facility and owner were way too political for me. While everyone is entitled to expressing their political views, this location was so skewed one way that it gave me second thoughts about picking up the UHAUL there. In fact, I would not have rented here had it not been for the fact that I had to have a truck that afternoon to finish up my move.

We basically had to park the UHaul in a field and just drop off the key in a box. No one helped us and there was no one available.

The only issue we had was nailing down a location with uhaul. We had to wait until a day before we needed the trailer before we knew the location; the Controller was suppose to call us..he did not. The direct line we had been given sent us to three live people who gave us the run around until we got a recording saying you were closed. But finally, we got CHARLIE at Southern Auction Services who represents uhaul! What a pleasant and accommodating gentleman! In fact he was so pleasant we didn't feel inclined to mention the aforementioned details. All your employees should represent like Mr. CHARLIE.
