Stacey DRig was available as planned. Ran very well. Pleanty of power. Took a short mile or so to note the retarder brake. Dashboard was difficult to read. Never figured out if there was a dash light that I needed to turn on. Took a bit to get accustomed to the noise of the body rubbing and twisting against the cab. Got great gas mileage. Excelltent mirrors. Zero complaints. Easy drop-off.
paul wThis is a rural location, and the rental process was straightforward and convenient. As someone with experience towing and renting trailers, I would have appreciated a clearer or more visible indication of the equipment safety check process. Greater visibility or communication around these checks would help reinforce confidence in the rental process. “The office setting reflects the local country charm—definitely part of the experience.” Overall, owner was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed for my travel.
