WILLIAM SWIFTHave customer service on site when pick up thank you for the roadside service that you all provided it was excellent service I have rented from there before but never had a problem like this it was on a Saturday and customer service was not there they didn't work on Saturday so when I went to pick up the truck it wouldn't start but thanks to you haul roadside service I was there at least an hour or more before I could get it started thank you for your roadside service
Victoria ThomasThe pickup experience was great, however no one was there when we returned the trailer and I had to unhook it myself. I called the two numbers I had for this location but could not get an answer or anyone to call me back. I could not lift the hitch off the received, so I had to release the received and drive out of it to drop the trailer. The trailer has a hole in the front right corner that would allow rain to enter. Also, the right fender was very rusted, not what I would expect from U-Haul.

CORA BROWNGas fuel was actually on 3/8 of a tank but was said to be on 5/8 of a tank. Please look a fuel level before giving it to renter. I filled it up 5/8 to avoid getting charged for fuel even though the actual level was lower then when I received the truck. I also have pictures before and after using truck mileage and fuel.

Jared RussEverything worked well at this location...other than had to wait on an employee to drive over and open the office. When I first called the number on the door to inquire about renting, I was put on hold for 12 minutes while another customer was checked in. Then, waited another 10 minutes for someone to arrive and process a trailer for me. However, the employee was very helpful and sophisticated with equipment. The trailer worked well, and price was good.

LULA SMITHI was extremely disappointed and frustrated with UHaul services and will not use it again. I could not get the correct truck that I reserved. I had to wait for over an hour to speak with a customer representative over the phone. I was hung up on several times after being transferred. It was an overall horrible experience and UHaul gave me a $10 refund as a resolution, which was basically like saying they could care less about my experience.
TRACY GRIMESThey did not have a truck for me in Fairmont, NC after I had reserved one weeks before and called the day before to make sure they had one. Had to wait 30 minutes before they found one 30 miles away. It took two hours from my packing time. Was not a happy camper and would not recommend Fairmont as a pick up point.
