Oil was spilled in truck however the uhaul manager or attendant was aware and made it known. Wrong key was in box, key was for the van when I ordered a 10' truck. Receptionist did not seem to know the difference between the van and the truck when I called and confirmed prior to pick up. Truck was new and clean except for oil spill in back by previous renter.Ebony M.

I never received the discount of the cleaning amount, for the dirty trailer. Apparently no one noticed that the flip-down-ramp tail gate collects leaves and dirt from people sweeping or rinsing the open trailer out. Thus when the tailgate was dropped at my location to load, I received a large pile of debris dumped on my property and a ghastly cloud of dust all around. I should have received a deducted amount equal to the cleaning amount that the previous customer should have paid.Donald S.

You have to hiring good people for customers service. Because Wednesday June 9 .2021 I went to rent a pickup truck for emergency , there were a lot of trucks parked outside. But there is a lady who said we don't have any vehicles to rent, I told her please is a lot of trucks outside. She said it's not available and she was really mad. But when I'm go online to check. I was really shocked because all of the trucks was available and reserved one same time because I'm really need truck but she doesn't want service me but thanks for the guy was beside her for service me. The key drop off did not match the photo of the key drop off. Spent 15 minutes walking back and forth between the two vehicle locations looking for the key drop box from the photo. The only thing I would change is to have the orange Key Drop box like in the picture during the â€˜Return the Truck' video. I was confused where to bring it, because it wasn't present. But honestly, they have this â€˜No Contact' system down to a T. I thoroughly recommend and appreciated how well organized and simple and easy the process was from start to finish. You'll need to provide wifi at these locations as check-in took about 40 minutes to complete and I was charged one extra rental period. And also the rental time should start when the check-in is completed so it won't eat of the rental time (4 hours in town rental).Marius A.

This was the WORSE customer service I had ever received from a U-Haul office. I walked in and was completely ignored by the guy who was supposed to help me. He was on the phone talking very loud. A young lady informed him that I was waiting just to get a pick up truck. Instead of addressing me after the first call, he ignored me completely and got into another phone call. I was standing there for at least 45 minutes and he pretended as if I were not even there. Finally, another lady who was there the entire time finally acknowledged me and asked if she could help since it was so obvious the guy was being rude to ignore me for such a long time. I only stayed there that long because I really wanted to see how long this guy was going to ignore me. I WILL NEVER again go to that location. I know this is not the way I'm usually treated at U-Haul. Someone really needs to talk to that guy there about customer service. If he only told me to wait for him for a few, I would have understood. The fact that he ignored me the entire time he sees me standing there waiting for him was demeaning to say the least. This is a very small location and I am pretty certain you will know who I am referring to since he might be the only guy working at that location on 12/28/20.edouard J.

Richard was very friendly and helpful! I rented a 15 feet truck one way from Brandywine . When we got there no truck was available. It was not a good feeling to have to make other arrangements when you have your hired help standing around. Owner was like this happens all the time. He just does the paperwork. I could call uhaul. I called Uhaul on the day of return. I returned the truck at approximately 3:30 pm. However, on my receipt, I was charged to 5:30 pm EST. The customer representative I spoke to said she would add a note onto the file. Not sure if the representative at the pick-up location saw the note, but I was charged until 5:30 est pm. Dropped offf at night it was dark I Tossed my trash I thought I grabbed everything got a email with a cleaning charge I called the rep was rude she told me it as a few fries my cotton mask and a candy wrapper on the floor she told me you should have a picture along with the email I checked while she was on the phone did no have one she told me well you have to call the 800 number they should have it very nasty and she also told me it was damage on the passenger side she said someone had there feet on the dash and broke the vent no one rode with me and she told me well you need to call the 800 number very nastyTARA K.

Our move today was made so much easier due to this uhaul location. I have used uhaul several times and have had small issues but today's experience was absolutely perfect.
