Everything went good
Donna CTruck was dirty. I had to buy wipes to clean off the steering wheel and seats. The cup holders were covered with cigarette ashes. Something has been spilled on the ramp and smelled terrible. The cargo area was clean though.
DUANE BAbsolutely nothing at the Huntington Indiana location even though the car hauler was late the owner kept me updated and made everything quick and painless
JAMES DI was traveling out of town and was on a tight schedule. It would have been nice since I called over a week in advance to be able to get a trailer in Fort Wayne, so I didn't have to go out of my way to pick the trailer up and backtrack home to load it and leave. The trailer was in good shape with no issues with it.
JEFFREY PThe trailer had a roll-up door and one of the rollers was out of the track causing the door to not operate more than half way. But that's not the rentee's fault and I was able to fix it. Overall good experience.

Kevin HI had not gotten my dolly but was charged for it. Was jot told I had it for 2 days. I returned the truck a day early and did not get any money back for it.

Michael GI ordered an appliance dolly which was essential for this trip. I couldn't do anything without an appliance dolly and when I went to pick up my truck, there was no dolly in the truck which caused us 2 hours of wasted time trying to find an appliance dolly in the area because the location was already closed. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration, had the employees just put the appliance dolly in the truck in the first place.

tammy pMirrors on truck would not adjust without an Allen wrench. Which mine were packed in way and not accessable. Other than that everything seemed to be ok

ken aI wasn't sure how to return the equipment (which occurred on Sunday afternoon), and it wasn't clear that the location /U-Haul acknowledged the return. However, I could see in the U-Haul app that the rental was "complete" - so i assumed the return went fine.

Rebecca CThe back of the small trailer we rented (plated in Utah) said "TOW WIT YOUR CAR", instead of "TOW WITH YOUR CAR". I'm not sure if this was a typographical error/oversight, or done on purpose. Nonetheless, it was embarrassing to ride down the road with this obvious error in grammar, and we made a point to call attention to it with comments written in masking tape. Please check your signage for obvious errors. It is embarrassing and a cause of concern for customers to patronize a company so careless with something so simple as how to spell the word "WITH". For the record, we are a mixed race couple and found this potential "inclusive" use of language offensive and demeaning. It almost seemed as if this was done on purpose for some sort of DEI program initiative. FAIL!

andrea lWhen I reserved the truck for moving day I was asked if it would be returned the same day and told them yes. I was asked if I thought I'd be finished with the truck in an eight to ten hour time frame, again I said yes. My reservation was for ten a.m. I didn't pick the truck up until 10:40ish, but I let the guy know I was running behind. After having the truck a hour or so I got a call saying the truck needed to be returned by 5 p.m. because another family reserved it. Which gave me a time frame of six hours to move completely. I was never told when I reserved the truck I would be in a time limit. Only asked if it would be returned that same day and within 8-10 hrs. Had I been told it was a six hour rental things would have been done differently. Also the truck was driven ten miles round trip, I was charged almost $19.00 for fuel. Seems a bit like over kill to me. Considering that means the truck gets less than two miles per gallon . I'm not a happy customer that's for sure.

John BGet your pricing right. I was quoted $. 69 online when I get there I was told a hold of $100 would be put on my card and instead I was charged $145. Then I get a bill for $75. Where's the rest of my money? Very unhappy financially speaking.
