The back of the small trailer we rented (plated in Utah) said "TOW WIT YOUR CAR", instead of "TOW WITH YOUR CAR". I'm not sure if this was a typographical error/oversight, or done on purpose. Nonetheless, it was embarrassing to ride down the road with this obvious error in grammar, and we made a point to call attention to it with comments written in masking tape. Please check your signage for obvious errors. It is embarrassing and a cause of concern for customers to patronize a company so careless with something so simple as how to spell the word "WITH". For the record, we are a mixed race couple and found this potential "inclusive" use of language offensive and demeaning. It almost seemed as if this was done on purpose for some sort of DEI program initiative. FAIL!

andrea lWhen I reserved the truck for moving day I was asked if it would be returned the same day and told them yes. I was asked if I thought I'd be finished with the truck in an eight to ten hour time frame, again I said yes. My reservation was for ten a.m. I didn't pick the truck up until 10:40ish, but I let the guy know I was running behind. After having the truck a hour or so I got a call saying the truck needed to be returned by 5 p.m. because another family reserved it. Which gave me a time frame of six hours to move completely. I was never told when I reserved the truck I would be in a time limit. Only asked if it would be returned that same day and within 8-10 hrs. Had I been told it was a six hour rental things would have been done differently. Also the truck was driven ten miles round trip, I was charged almost $19.00 for fuel. Seems a bit like over kill to me. Considering that means the truck gets less than two miles per gallon . I'm not a happy customer that's for sure.

John BGet your pricing right. I was quoted $. 69 online when I get there I was told a hold of $100 would be put on my card and instead I was charged $145. Then I get a bill for $75. Where's the rest of my money? Very unhappy financially speaking.

Consuelo GThe truck probably needs serviced, it was fine, but had to really focus and steer alot to stay in lane, glad we only moved 10 miles. Deck light did not work we had several loads early morning late at night, would have been helpful to have the light in the back of truck.

William LCall the place you want to rent from specifically. my wife called the general number to reserve truck for 7am pickup. We arrived and the app nor the website would allow us to proccess the pickup. We called the help number by 7:05am. Someone partially helped within 10 minutes of being on hold,she could not assist any further and transfered us to another person. We were on hold again till 8am. 45-50 more minutes on hold. Apparently noone else monitors that help department till 8am. The person at the rental location arrived at 8am. He was able to help me get the paperwork finalized, the keys for the truck which were inside the building not in an accessible lock box outside, and get the moving blankets requested loaded. So overall we wasted an hour trying to get the truck. If better coordination could have been done to let folks know we couldnt have rented it till 8am it would have saved alot of frustration. The return process was simple.
